• Accuracy of Title, price and clearity of catalogue
• All activities that occur under your homepage catalogue
• Ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors on The Jos Hub must:
• Provide accurate descriptions of products and services
• Ensure that all items listed are legal and not prohibited
• Maintain honest communication with customers
• Fulfill orders as agreed with customers
Although vendors may undergo verification, The Jos Hub does not guarantee the performance, quality, or legality of any vendor’s products or services.
Any dispute between a vendor and a customer must be resolved directly between the parties involved but if it can't be resolved contact the management.
5. Product Listings
Vendors are solely responsible for the content they upload, including:
• Product descriptions
• Pricing
• Images
• Availability
The Jos Hub reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate our policies or are deemed misleading, inappropriate, or harmful.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Engage in activities that harm other users or the integrity of the marketplace
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
